If you own a VPS or Dedicated you will already have a dedicated ip!

do you even know what is use of ssl ?
original it means HTTP Secure.
it is useful to get charge for whatever people surf or download from your site.
plus its useful to make secure login system just like gmail yahoo and all others site have.

its nothing related with it.
if you make https site then still people who surf your site will be get normal charged by network operator.

I know wat ssl means.
Airtel Live doesnt charge for users browsing via https protocol. - TESTED
So using ssl enables you to offer free downloads . Tats a bug in airtel live.
I have tried myself.. I aint speaking about mobile office. M speaking bout airtel live. 10ps per kb.

namecheap provides free ssl.. will this namecheap free ssl work

to make your domain a ssl certified.you will need to register with them and perform all signups and they will give you a certificate you send those certificate to your host and tell them to install the certificate on your domain.

NOTE: For installing a certificate you need root access the server on which your site is hosted, so you will need to tell your host to install the certificate. make sure you send all certificates which you got from startssl.com.

yes , you can surf free on https on some networks , because the info send is encripted so they cant charge you !!
On some networks (like mine - Orange Romania) you can skip the limits e.g. : here limit for upload is 10Kb/s and 1Mb per file , and download max 50Kb/s and 10Mb/per file .

Most downloaded by my was 100Mb without any browser(like ucweb) , just the default one.
